A conventional gearbox manufacturer has integrated its fully automated CNC cylindrical grinding successful in its production. What makes this concept: The machine has a built-in fully enclosed charger. The loader will be managed entirely via the CNC control of the grinding machines. The customer activates his editor and is automatically activated with the teach-loader program. By pressing a button, the machine operates with manual deposit or fully automatic. The whole thing is possible by using a very fast CNC control with SERCOS interface and multi-channel technology.

We deliver a complex CNC circular grinding machine to a known manufacturer of clamping tools. What makes it special is: A plane flat grinding device is swivelled in position in addition to the standard external-internal grinding via a high-precision torque B swivel axis. In this way the customer can economically flat grind the face of the chucks and saves additional clamping on a flat grinding machine.
